Subardiyana appointed as  Head of Operation Group I Division of PT. Pembangunan Kepri since March  2007 . Covers  Oil and Gas Exploration and Exploitation, Public Water Supply, Power Plant and Telecommunication.

He was a Field Production Supervisor at Conoco-Phillips Indonesia, an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company for 5 years. Before joining Conoco-Phillips, Subardiyana has over 6 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry at Chevron and Texaco the International Exploration and Production Oil Company which is taking operation at Riau Province.

Jihad joined PT Pembangunan Kepri in March 2007 and appointed as Head of Group II Division covers project and business in Services sectors included by not limited to Construction, Property, Trading and Transportation.

Jihad last appointment was Senior Manager IT Development in his 15 years career with PT Persero Batam, a notable state owned enterprise under BIDA.  He was holding various positions cover Planning, Management to Marketing and Operations.
 

Suhartono has been the Head of Group III Division of PT. Pembangunan Kepri since March 2007. He is responsible for Banking, Agro Industry and Mining. 

Before joining the company, he was Managing Director of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Karimun  for 1 year and with Bank Rakyat Indonesia for 14 years as Branch Manager.

Edo joined PT Pembangunan Kepri in March 2007. His appointment is Head of Strategic and Business Development division which take charge and led PT Pembangunan Kepri’s Project Development Group in business initiative by looking its strategic and development issues.
 
He started his career as a lecturer, and   spent more than 10 years experiences in marketing, trading and management areas at some companies in Jakarta such as PT Sismadi Group, PT. Aberindo Utama, and PT. Carissa Specta Kreasi.

Tri joined PT Pembangunan Kepri since January 2007.  He is in charge of the management of company’s   both Finance and Accounting aspects. 

He started his career as an auditor in Isyak Nukman Public Accountants. He was Finance Manager of PT. KOJO (Oil and Support Bases Company) for 6 years and over 8 years experience at the Advertising Company, PT. Metropolitan Expose Tamabakti.
 

Eva joined PT Pembangunan Kepri in January 2007. She is responsible for Human Resource, General Affairs and Legal Division and in charge of the management and the operations of PT Pembangunan Kepri's office in Tanjung Pinang.
